1. Introduction
Talzeno provides digital tools designed to help users create and improve resumes, evaluate job applications, prepare for interviews, organize job-search activity, and manage career-related information.

3. Account information
Talzeno may use authentication and database services to create and manage your account, maintain your session, and associate your saved information with your account.
Password authentication is handled by the authentication provider. Talzeno does not need to store your plain-text password.
4. Resume and career information
Talzeno may process information you enter or upload in order to provide resume building, resume analysis, ATS analysis, job tracking, career coaching, interview preparation, and related functionality.
Certain information may also be stored locally in your browser or device where Talzeno uses local or offline functionality.
5. Artificial intelligence features
Some Talzeno features may use artificial intelligence or other automated systems to generate suggestions, evaluations, summaries, scores, rewritten content, or career-related guidance.
Information submitted to an online AI feature may need to be transmitted to the service used to process that request.
AI-generated results may contain errors. You should review generated content before using it in resumes, applications, interviews, or professional communications.
6. ATS scores and predictions
Talzeno may provide resume scores, ATS compatibility indicators, job-match estimates, interview-readiness indicators, recommendations, and similar assessments.
These results provide guidance only. Talzeno does not guarantee that an employer, recruiter, applicant tracking system, or hiring platform will produce the same result.
7. How information may be used
Information may be used to:
- Provide and operate Talzeno features.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Save and synchronize user information.
- Generate requested AI-assisted results.
- Maintain security and prevent misuse.

8. Legal bases for processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar data-protection laws apply, Talzeno processes personal information only where there is an appropriate legal basis.
Depending on the circumstances, Talzeno may rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: when processing is necessary to create and maintain your account, provide Talzeno features, process subscriptions, and deliver services you request.
- Legitimate interests: when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Talzeno, provided those interests are not overridden by your data-protection rights and freedoms.
- Legal obligations: when processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws, accounting requirements, tax obligations, regulatory requirements, or lawful requests.
- Consent: where applicable, for processing that requires your consent. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to applicable law.
9. Local and offline storage
Certain Talzeno features may store information in your browser or device so parts of the application can continue functioning locally or temporarily while internet access is unavailable.
Locally stored information may remain on that device until removed through Talzeno functionality, by you, or through browser settings.
10. Cloud services and service providers
Talzeno may rely on third-party providers for services including hosting, authentication, databases, artificial intelligence, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, or infrastructure.
These services may process information as necessary to provide their respective functionality.
11. Payments
Talzeno offers paid subscription services. Payments for these services are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
When you make a purchase, payment-related information may be collected and processed directly by Stripe in order to process the transaction, manage recurring subscription payments, prevent fraud, and provide payment-related services.
Talzeno does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers when payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. Talzeno may receive limited payment and subscription information, such as payment status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, the plan purchased, billing information, and information necessary to manage your Talzeno subscription.
Stripe processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable data-protection requirements.
12. Cookies and similar technologies
Talzeno may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies necessary for authentication, preferences, security, and application functionality.
If optional analytics, advertising, or non-essential tracking technologies are introduced, additional notice or consent controls may be provided where required.
13. Data security
Talzeno uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect user information.
However, no internet service, electronic transmission, database, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
14. Data retention
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Talzeno, maintain legitimate operational records, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
15. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing.
Certain information may also be editable or removable through Talzeno account features.
16. International processing
Talzeno or its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Where legally required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers of personal information.
17. Children's privacy
Talzeno is designed for people using career and employment tools and is not specifically directed toward children.
18. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Talzeno develops, introduces features, changes service providers, or responds to legal or regulatory requirements.
