1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Talzeno, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Talzeno.
2. Talzeno services
Talzeno provides career-related digital tools that may include:
- Resume and CV creation.
- Resume improvement and rewriting.
- ATS-related analysis and scoring.
- Job-match analysis.
- Job application tracking.
- Interview preparation and practice.
- Career coaching and recommendations.
- Career analytics and progress tracking.
Features may change, improve, be removed, or be added over time.
3. Career guidance disclaimer
Talzeno provides informational tools and career guidance. Talzeno is not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, legal adviser, immigration adviser, financial adviser, or professional career-placement service.
4. AI-generated content
Certain Talzeno features may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate recommendations, summaries, rewritten content, interview feedback, scores, and other outputs.
AI-generated results may contain mistakes, incomplete information, inaccurate assumptions, or inappropriate wording.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it in resumes, applications, interviews, or professional communication.
5. User accounts
Some Talzeno features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You should provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your Talzeno account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Talzeno to:
- Break applicable laws or regulations.
- Access another person's account or information without permission.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass security or access-control mechanisms.
- Interfere with Talzeno's operation or availability.
- Abuse, overload, or improperly scrape the service.
- Fraudulently misrepresent qualifications or work history.
- Infringe the rights of another person.
7. Your content
You retain responsibility for information you enter into Talzeno, including resumes, employment history, qualifications, job information, and interview responses.
You should only submit information that you have the right to use.
Talzeno may process your content as necessary to provide the services and features you request.
8. Resume and application accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that information included in your resumes, cover letters, applications, and professional materials is truthful and accurate.
Talzeno should not be used to deliberately fabricate credentials, education, employment experience, qualifications, or achievements.
9. ATS and job-match results
ATS compatibility scores, resume-health scores, job-match scores, interview-potential estimates, recruiter indicators, and similar results are estimates intended to provide guidance.
Employers and applicant-tracking systems use different algorithms, processes, criteria, and human judgment.
Talzeno cannot guarantee how an employer or external system will evaluate an application.
10. Free and paid services
Talzeno offers free features as well as paid subscription plans. The features, usage limits, and availability of functionality may differ depending on the plan selected by the user.
The applicable subscription price, billing frequency, included features, and other material conditions are displayed before a user completes a purchase.
Talzeno may modify its plans, features, or prices from time to time. Any changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated to the user.
11. Subscriptions
Talzeno paid plans are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until cancelled.
The subscription price and billing frequency are displayed before purchase. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation options made available by Talzeno. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated during cancellation, cancellation stops future renewals and access to paid subscription benefits may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
12. Payments
Payments for Talzeno paid services are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Payment transactions may therefore also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information when purchasing paid services and for keeping applicable payment information up to date.
If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or terminated after reasonable payment attempts or notice, subject to applicable law.
13. Refunds, cancellations and consumer rights
Users may cancel recurring subscriptions using the cancellation options provided by Talzeno. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for amounts already paid.
Refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the purchase, the service provided, information presented during checkout, and applicable consumer-protection law.
Consumers may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights under the laws applicable to them. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or limited.
14. Intellectual property
Talzeno's branding, software, original interface, design, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Talzeno intellectual property to users.
15. Service availability
Talzeno may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, internet interruptions, third-party service failures, upgrades, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.
Certain functionality may continue locally while cloud synchronization, online AI services, or billing functionality is unavailable.
16. Third-party services
Talzeno may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including hosting, databases, authentication systems, AI services, payment processors, and infrastructure providers.
Talzeno is not responsible for independent services operated by third parties or for changes made to those services.
17. Suspension or termination
Access to Talzeno may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or protect Talzeno systems.
18. Disclaimers
Talzeno is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Talzeno does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, employment outcomes, recruiter responses, or compatibility with every external ATS or hiring system.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Talzeno will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Changes to Talzeno
Talzeno may modify, improve, replace, discontinue, or add features as the service develops.
21. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The updated date shown on this page identifies the current version.
22. Governing law and consumer rights
Applicable governing-law rules may depend on Talzeno's operator, the user's country of residence, and mandatory consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
